I started Happy Home Rental Services with a simple dream — to create a property management company that truly cares. With over 30 years of experience in the rental property industry, I use everything I’ve learned to deliver the kind of customer service I would want if I were the client. My goal has always been to be there for my clients every step of the way.
When I first visited North Idaho in 1993, I instantly fell in love with its natural beauty, friendly community, and endless outdoor activities. I knew right away that I wanted my children to grow up here. Over the years, I’ve worked in every aspect of property management from leasing and managing to training staff and improving operations for other companies. My passion for helping both homeowners and residents has only grown stronger.
In 2014, I decided it was time to take the leap and open my own company. Since then, I’ve been honored to turn that dream into reality, proudly serving this incredible community and caring for the homes and people that make it so special.

Front Office Manager, Invoicing, Leasing &

Born and raised in Coeur d'Alene, ID., Billie is a proud North Idaho native who brings a true local's touch to everything she does. Since 2018, she has been an essential part of Happy Homes, serving as our Front Office Manager and specializing in invoicing, leasing and client care.
Billie's dedication to helping every client with genuine care. Her warm personality, deep community roots, and professionalism are sure to brighten your day.
Billie loves exploring the beautiful lakes and mountains of the region, often sharing these experiences with her children and grandchildren.

Carrie Delaney
Property Management and Coordination Specialist, Application Processing, and Resident Renewals
Since 2021, Carrie has been a dedicated member of the Happy Home Rental Services team, serving as our Property Management & Coordination Specialist. She wears many hats—overseeing rent collections, resident relations, application processing, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
Carrie’s dedication goes beyond the paperwork. She works closely with applicants to help them get approved for the home of their dreams, and she’s committed to ensuring every resident enjoys a smooth, positive rental experience from move-in to renewal.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm approach make her an incredible asset to both our residents and our property owners. We’re so grateful to have her on our team!
Dayle Poisel
Leasing Consultant, Home Prep, and Residential Inspection Specialist
Born and raised in North Idaho, Dayle has been a key part of Happy Home Rental Services since 2023, serving as a Leasing Consultant, Home Prep, and Residential Inspection Specialist.
Dayle plays a key role in helping residents feel at home by coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and home preparation for new tenants. She also manages resident relations, lease renewals, and property tours, ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience for every resident.
With her dedication and attention to detail, Dayle makes the leasing process seamless while providing exceptional customer care. Her professionalism and friendly approach make her an invaluable part of our team!
Outside of work, Dayle enjoys crafts, video games, camping, and kayaking on some of the beautiful lakes in the area.

Haley Harrison
Leasing Consultant and Residential Inspection Specialist
Since March 2025, Haley has been an integral part of Happy Home Rental Services as a Leasing Consultant and Residential Inspection Specialist.
Haley helps residents every step of the way—from conducting property tours and inspections to coordinating lease renewals, resident relations, and maintenance needs. She ensures that each resident finds the perfect home while making the rental process smooth and stress-free.
Haley enjoys roller skating, painting, gardening, and spending time relaxing by the lakes and rivers.
Known for her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent customer care, Haley goes above and beyond to organize all your property needs and provide a positive rental experience. 💛 We’re proud to have Haley on our team, helping residents feel right at home!

Providing: excellent marketing for our available rentals on over 40 rental sites; personalized tours when a property is available so we are available with the information they may need; easy rent payments through our free online payment portal; checking on maintenance issues to make sure we send the proper professional; meeting with residents for inspections to be sure their homes are properly maintained for them....and more. Taking care of our clients is how we measure our success!
